1917
Our predecessor company, Tokyo Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd., was established in Awaji-cho in Kanda, Tokyo, and began with the manufacture and sale of electrical equipment for medical applications and foundational electromechanical equipment
1918
Tokio Kobayakawa (the Company’s founder) established another predecessor company, the limited partnership Kyosan Shokai (from which “Kyosan” gets its name) in Sanjikkenbori in Kyobashi-ku, Tokyo.
This began with the manufacture and sales of mechanical equipment.
