The light boxes of conventional bulb-type signals are made of cast iron, but die-cast aluminum reduces the weight significantly. When reprocessed, aluminum generates substances that are less harmful compared to resins, making it easier to recycle.
The powder baking coat creates a smooth surface with reduced reflection. Meanwhile, durability has improved significantly. |
